Das Produkt wurde speziell zur Schutzbehandlung aller Arten von Metallteilen entwickelt, die aggressiven Umgebungen und\/oder Au\u00dfenbedingungen ausgesetzt sind, wie beispielsweise Industrieumgebungen, marine Umgebungen oder feuchtigkeitsbelastete Bereiche.<\/p>\n<p>Die hohe Zinksalzkonzentration erm\u00f6glicht Kaltverzinkung aller Arten von Eisenmetallen und verleiht dem Metall h\u00f6chste Korrosions- und galvanische Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit.<\/p>\n<h3>Anwendungen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Schutz von Stahlkonstruktionen,<\/li>\n<li>Schwei\u00dfschutz,<\/li>\n<li>galvanischer Schutz bei der Verankerung von Platten zwischen verschiedenen Metallen in allen Arten von Umgebungen und auf Oberfl\u00e4chen wie: Lebensmittelindustrie, Schiffbau, Fertigung usw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Gebrauchsanweisung<\/h3>\n<p>Galvaspray ist ein gebrauchsfertiges Produkt und darf unter keinen Umst\u00e4nden verd\u00fcnnt werden. Vor der Anwendung muss die Oberfl\u00e4che sauber, trocken und frei von Schmutz, lockeren Partikeln oder anderen Stoffen sein, die die Haftung des Produkts beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n<p>Nach \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der vorstehenden Anforderungen:<br \/>\n1\u00ba Rostbelag auf der zu behandelnden Oberfl\u00e4che durch B\u00fcrsten, Sandstrahlen oder chemische Verfahren entfernen.<br \/>\n2\u00ba Das Spray kr\u00e4ftig sch\u00fctteln oder die Farbe vollst\u00e4ndig homogenisieren, bis eine einheitliche z\u00e4hfl\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit entsteht.<br \/>\n3\u00ba Eine Schicht des Produkts auf die saubere Oberfl\u00e4che auftragen und dabei eine durchgehende Schichtdicke erzielen.<br \/>\n4\u00ba Falls notwendig nach 30 Minuten erneut
