Special lubricant for open gears

Semi-fluid aerosol lubricant for elevator and crane cables, chains and open gears.

Designed for the lubrication and lubrication of all types of moving parts that are operating under severe conditions, such as high pressures and/or speeds.
Its composition, based on refined mineral oils, graphite and corrosion inhibitors, provides high protection to the gears and crowns on which it has been applied.

It contains graphite and corrosion inhibitors, so that, in addition to providing optimal lubrication, it generates surface protection against corrosion and micropitting, the main problem of wear and breakage of toothed crowns.

HOW TO APPLY:

It is recommended to remove the remains of previously used lubricant and degrease the parts before applying Chemigras AER EA.
Then shake the spray vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
Next, spray directly on the area to be lubricated, using the amount required to lubricate the entire gear.
Then, operate the moving part for a few minutes, after which repeat the operation to achieve optimal coverage of all the areas to be greased.
Finally, once the application is finished and with the container inverted, press the dosing valve of the container for 2 seconds to avoid the obstruction of the diffuser.
