Colorless epoxy coating for concrete.

Neopark Epoxi Primer is a colorless sealant based on epoxy resins for priming concrete substrates as a hardener or coating of the same.

Its degree of wetting and high adhesion power manages to coat small pores without producing bubbles and even reuse it as a binder to make a pothole mortar mixing it with siliceous quartz aggregates make it especially useful as a universal epoxy primer.

HOW TO USE:

Surface preparation:

• The surface to be treated is resistant, firm and porous.
• The surface to be treated is dry, clean of grease and dust.
• The humidity should not exceed 4%.
• If the surface is polished, a surface treatment must be done by shot blasting, milling or roughing.

Preparation of the mixture: The product is presented in 2 components.

The mixture must be done in the proportions served. Shake well until you get a uniform mixture, Apply with a short hair roller. Consumption is 0.300-0.350 kg/m2. Once applied, it should be protected against moisture, condensation and water for at least the first 24 hours. The aggregates to be used will be completely dry. Solvents or any other product that could affect the properties of the products should not be added.
