Instant mortar-setting mineralising accelerator

The MINERAL-FORTE product is specially formulated to repair waterways in concrete, brick walls, etc.

Quickly and permanently plug holes, cracks and joints in concrete and masonry floors and vertical surfaces with a minimum of time and labour.

The product reacts with the cement, achieving an almost instantaneous setting, creating a mortar with excellent properties against humidity and against intense wear.

Fields of application

• Water leak shutter.
• Fill cracks and holes in concrete and terrazzo.
• Prevents and avoids dampness in the case of NEW CONSTRUCTION.
• Prevents moisture from the ground or rain.

Application Modes

WATERPROOFING AND MINERALIZATION OF SURFACES:

1. Moisten the surface to be treated with water.
2. Apply to the area to be treated MINERAL FORTE, pure or diluted up to 25% in water depending on the porosity of the substrate, by spraying, roller, etc.
3. Sprinkle cement powder on the treated area.
4. Spread the sprinkled cement using circular movements, using a sponge until the surface is even.

OBTURATION OF WATER ROUTES:

1. Prepare a mixture of cement powder and MINERAL-FORTE until you get a viscous paste (2 parts cement and 1 part product)
2. When you notice that the consistency increases, introduce the paste strongly on the waterway exerting pressure on it.
3. Keep the plug on the waterway, pressing for a few minutes.
