Coating for cold galvanizing

Galvaspray is a fast-drying antioxidant and protective coating, composed of zinc metal particles and special resins of high adhesion and resistance, developed specifically for the protection of all types of metal parts exposed to aggressive environments and/or to the outside, such as: industrial, marine environments or exposed to the action of humidity, among others.

Its high concentration of zinc salts allows cold galvanizing all types of ferrous metals, giving the metal a high resistance to oxidation and galvanic corrosion.

• Protection of steel structures,
• welding protection,
• galvanic protection in the anchoring of plates between different metals, in all types of environments and surfaces, such as: food industry, naval, manufacturing… etc.

How to use

Galvaspray is a ready-to-use product, so it does not have to be diluted under any circumstances. Before applying the product, the surface must be clean, dry, free of dirt, loose particles or particles that may compromise the adhesion of the product.

Once the above requirements have been verified:
1º Remove the rust present on the surface to be treated by brushing, sandblasting or chemical methods.
2º Shake the aerosol vigorously, or completely homogenize the paint until a uniform viscous liquid is obtained.
3º Apply a layer of the product on the clean surface, depositing a continuous thickness.
4º Repaint if necessary after 30 minutes.
