Product information
Descaling cleaner for facades and rustic floors.
- Powerful cement remover.
- Immediate cleaning.
- Suitable for outdoor and well-ventilated interior.
- Formulated with corrosion inhibitors.
Limfa is a powerful cleaner-descaler acidic in nature and for professional use, based on high potency inorganic acids, moisturizing surfactants and corrosion inhibitor additives, designed for the cleaning of all types of dirt and stains caused by the accumulation of salts such as: efflorescence, saltpeter or calcareous incrustations, as well as cement residues and their derivatives.
Its careful composition in inorganic acids and its high concentration of active ingredients achieves immediate results. Its mode of action transforms insoluble and tightly adhered salts into easily washable chemical compounds, so it “disintegrates” dirt and also disintegrates cement residues, facilitating their removal.
Thanks to this mode of action, Limfa is suitable for all types of cleaning work maintenance in construction, and even in final cleaning work of surfaces, such as: rustic floors, brick, glass, porcelain, stoneware and tile… etc. and, in short, on any surface not susceptible to attack by inorganic acid products.
In addition, Limfa does not damage the elastic products commonly used in the construction of expansion joints.
Limfa contains corrosion inhibitors in its composition, so it is also suitable for cleaning cement residues in machinery or all types of tools, as it does not generate oxidation on the metal surfaces they contain.
Fields of application
Limfa is suitable for all types of cleaning of construction debris and salts on surfaces of materials not sensitive to acids and construction machinery or tools. For this reason, it can be used in building rehabilitation work, swimming pool maintenance, final cleaning… etc.
How to apply
Limfa is a concentrated product, so it must be diluted with water before being used. It is recommended to use protective gloves for handling and use.
The following instructions must be followed for its use:
- Moisten the support beforehand.
- Apply the product to the surface to be cleaned, preferably by spraying. Depending on the amount of waste to be removed, Limfa can be used pure or diluted with up to 10 parts of water, (1 L of Limfa + 10 L of water).
- Leave the product to act depending on the type of dirt to be cleaned, between 5-10 minutes. It is not recommended to exceed 10 minutes of performance.
- Scrub the surface with a stiff bristle brush, if necessary, and finally rinse with plenty of water.
- Repeat the operation in case of particularly stubborn stains.
