Product information
It is a cross-linked elastomer at room temperature with ambient humidity, based on silicone. In the composition of the cross-linked product, all the substances involved are authorized for contact with food by current legislation, and with the requirements of FDA Regulation No. 21 CFR-1772600 provided that a 1-hour bake is carried out at 220ºC for the total extraction of the solvent. Formulation specially studied for obtaining thin-film coatings:
The cross-linked product works as a non-stick on the treated moulds at a working temperature of -55ºC to +260ºC, and spot temperatures of +360ºC. Reduction of cleaning costs: the treated moulds are cleaned with a cloth.
Reduced costs of other sacrificial release agents: no need to add oils or grease. The treated molds resist about 2000 batches of white bread, croissants, etc. and about 1500 batches of rye bread.
Apply the coating to the clean, degreased and dry tray, by spray gun. It is advisable to give two hands crossed letting dry for 1 hour between coats. Once the product has been applied, let it dry for 1 hour at room temperature and then bake for 60 minutes at 220ºC in the absence of food for the total extraction of the solvent.
