Colourless release agent for artificial stone

Ready-to-use liquid release agent, specifically developed to be used in all types of cementitious prefabricated and artificial stone.

Desmocem PA is based on non-stick compounds with high repellent capacity, low coloration and zero odor.  In this way, its use avoids contamination of the parts during the pouring and demoulding phase, reducing the losses caused by the use of other release agents on the market.

Thanks to these qualities, Desmocem PA does not cause stains, leaves residues or unpleasant odors in prefabricated products.

HOW TO USE:

Desmocem PA is a ready-to-use product, so it does not require dilution prior to application.

Before applying Desmocem PA, it must be ensured that the moulds or formwork materials do not have adhered residues, dirt or any external agent that may affect the performance of the product or finish of the part.

Next, deposit a thin layer of product by spraying, brushing or roller.

Finally, to carry out the formwork or pouring of the pieces to be made.
