HOW TO USE:
Imperlatex FV is a ready-to-use product, which does not require dilution prior to use. It is recommended to homogenize the product before being applied using a whisk at low revolutions to avoid air occlusion in the product.
Preparation of the support:
Before applying Imperlatex FV, you must make sure that the substrate must be healthy, dry, clean and free of all traces of saltpeter, fungi, microorganisms, grease, release oils, and in general any type of contaminant that may hinder the product from adhering to the base.
In the case of very smooth surfaces or when there are layers of grout (such as in new concretes and mortars), it is advisable to increase their porosity by cleaning with Limfa, followed by a correct rinse with water and drying.
Application of Imperlatex:
1- Check that the support has a temperature between 10 and 35ºC.
2- Apply the product with a brush or roller, depositing an initial layer of approx. 0.7 Kg/m2.
3- Soak a fiberglass mesh or veil on Imperlatex.
4- Let the application dry for 12 hours.
5- Apply a second layer of Imperlatex, preferably crossed with respect to the previous one, depositing a yield of approximately 0.8 kg/m2.
