CircuitSell is a single-component aqueous product formulated based on inorganic oligomers and cross-linked particles specifically designed for sealing leaks in heating circuits. Thanks to its high concentration, CircuitSell allows sealing leaks up to 1 mm in diameter in heating systems with a flow loss of up to 500 litres/day, durably and from the inside.

Easy to use, CircuitSell seals leaks during system operation, avoiding unnecessary downtime and no need to locate the leak. To do this, simply enter into the system 1 litre of CircuitSell per 100 litres of water via the filling valve or a radiator.

CircuitSell is respectful of the materials used in heating installations, so it does not attack the metals or synthetic compounds of the circuit. However, it is not recommended for use in systems with aluminium-silicon heat exchangers.

High resistance. Leaks repaired with CircuitSell they resist pressures of up to 10 Bars and temperatures up to 500ºC. Product not suitable for use in systems containing gas wall boilers, drinking water or wastewater pipes. If the system contains antifreeze, it must be removed prior to the application of CircuitSell.

How to apply

Before adding CircuitSell, you must check the volume of water contained in the installation.

If you are going to feed CircuitSell through the fill valve:

1. Remove the filters from the circuit (if any), set the boiler thermostat to 60ºC and check that the water circulation pump is moving.
2. Shake CircuitSell and introduce undiluted into the system, purging all the air afterwards.
3. After approximately 24 hours the leaks will have been sealed and the filters (if any) can be reinstalled.
4. Finally, although the product can remain in the system, it is recommended to remove the water from the circuit after a maximum of 6 weeks and recharge it with clean water + Protec Aquo.

If you are inserting CircuitSell through a radiator:

1. Disconnect the heating system and allow to cool.
2. Isolate a radiator from the rest of the installation by closing the radiator tap and foot regulating valve and removing the bleed rod.
3. Next, remove a little water from the radiator and introduce CircuitSell after vigorous agitation.
4. Reassemble the bleed rod and open the radiator tap and foot regulating valve.
5. Connect and purge the system, making sure that the boiler thermostat is set to 60ºC and that the recirculation pump is moving.
6. After approximately 24 hours, the leaks from the system will have been sealed.
7. Finally, although the product can remain in the system, it is recommended to remove the water from the circuit after a maximum of 6 weeks and recharge it with clean water + Protec Aquo.
