Pre-vulcanised latex

High elasticity pre-vulcanized latex emulsion developed for the production of flexible molds for the reproduction of objects or figures with a high quality finish.
The application of Moldex on reliefs or objects, allows, once cross-linked, to have a mold of high durability and elasticity, without tears and that faithfully reproduces the profile on which it has been applied without altering its appearance or condition.

Moldex does not shrink during cross-linking, does not stain the parts on which it is applied and, additionally, does not occlude air during handling.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION:

Moldex must be used in all types of jobs and industries in which it is necessary to have high quality molds and with an optimal reproduction of the profiles on which it has been applied.

Moldex is usually used in: reconstruction work of historical monuments, work of making high-end artificial stone pieces or making decorative sculptures, among others.
