Friser 100 PG is a cooling antifreeze for thermal circuits which contains PROPYLENE glycol, It IS NOT harmful to the environment.

  • Ultra-concentrated.
  • Based on 100% propylene glycol.
  • Formulated with multi-metal anti-corrosion additives.
  • Safe for the environment.

Friser 100 PG is a concentrated antifreeze based on propylene glycol, (non-toxic and biodegradable glycol), special multi-metal anti-corrosion additives, sludge and scale dispersing agents and antifoaming actives, specifically developed as a closed-loop heat transfer fluid.

Due to its special composition, Friser 100 PG improves temperature ranges of service of the installation, allowing the fluid not to freeze at negative temperatures and for its boiling to occur well above 100ºC. In this way, it prevents breakages in the system due to freezing or overpressure due to steam generation. It also contains corrosion inhibitors, ensuring that the metals that make up the circuit do not deteriorate over time and, therefore, reduce the generation of sludge that negatively influences the transmission of heat and efficiency of the system.

In addition, the use Friser 100 PG is totally safe for the environment and meets the requirements as a heat carrier fluid in the food industry, since it is formulated on a propylene glycol basis and is non-toxic. Friser 100 PG it also incorporates in its formulation an optimal combination of components that contribute to generating an alkaline reserve, avoiding acidification of the system’s water, reducing its maintenance and optimizing operating costs.

Fields of application

Friser 100 PG can be used in any closed water circuit in which a non-toxic concentrated product is required. For example: industrial heating and cooling circuits, solar installations, heat exchangers in food products, etc. etc.

How to apply

Friser 100 PG is a concentrated product, so it must be diluted with water according to the freezing point required for the fluid, according to the following table:

Cooling antifreeze for thermal circuits

To obtain a homogeneous mixture, it is recommended, with the system completely empty and preferably clean, to fill the circuit with clean and quality water up to approximately halfway. Next, add the required amount of Friser 100 PG and, finally, complete with water up to the entire volume of the system. Finally, it is recommended to recirculate the fluid prior to its commissioning.
