Two-component road marking paint

Properties

• Easy application.
• Great hardness and flexibility.
• Fast drying, without leaving “tac” on the surface.
• Resistant to alkalis because the film is unsaponifiable.
• Great resistance to abrasion.
• Perfect anchoring on the substrate.
• Perfect performance against chemical and atmospheric agents.
• Due to its formulation, this paint is considered rough, with an SRT value ≥ 65.

This product is NON-SLIP because it has a series of particles of a specific size which reduces the danger of landslides.

Applications

• Paint with excellent adhesion on bituminous and repainted pavements.
• Recommended for painting on concrete pavements as it is unsaponifiable.
• For zebra crossings, bumps, arrows, signage drawings…

How to use

• Homogenize the product well.
• Add a bag of 30% peroxide catalyst of 250 gr. for each 15 kg container of Señapint Tráfico, and mix well. (Catalyst percentage – 1.67%). In low temperature conditions, the percentage of catalyst can be increased by adding up to one and a half bags for each product container. Apply to clean, dry surfaces.
• It is applied manually, by shoe, trowel or spatula. Always apply at temperatures between 5ºC to 40ºC, on dry and dust-free floors.
