Weld pickling cleaner

Acid nature cleaner – stripper, specifically designed for the pre-welded, post-welded cleaning and regeneration of all types of new or deteriorated stainless steels.

APPLICATIONS:

Soldynox must be used in all types of work with stainless steel in which a product is required that allows metal surfaces to be prepared, passivated and regenerated quickly and economically.

HOW TO USE:

Soldynox is a ready-to-use product, so it does not require dilution prior to use.

The product can be applied by spraying, immersion or in a localized way using a brush.

For best results, it is recommended to follow the following guidelines:

• Apply Soldynox to the stainless steel surface to be treated.
• Leave the product to act based on the following guidelines:
  • Rust and dirt cleaning: 5 minutes.
  • Cleaning of weld burn residues: 10 minutes.
  • Passivation and pickling of metal: 45 minutes (AISI steel 316, 304, 18/8…); Up to 5 hours for high alloy materials.
• Finally, rinse with plenty of water.
