{"id":3056,"date":"2021-07-06T06:56:40","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T04:56:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/neoquimnew.local\/producto\/colorless-epoxy-coating-for-concrete\/"},"modified":"2026-07-13T11:50:25","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T09:50:25","slug":"colorless-epoxy-coating-for-concrete","status":"publish","type":"nq_producto","link":"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/en\/product\/colorless-epoxy-coating-for-concrete\/","title":{"rendered":"Colorless epoxy coating for concrete."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>NEOPARK EPOXI PRIMER<\/h2>\n<p>Neopark Epoxi Primer is a colorless sealant based on epoxy resins for priming concrete substrates as a hardener or coating of the same.<\/p>\n<p>Its degree of wetting and high adhesion power manages to coat small pores without producing bubbles and even reuse it as a binder to make a pothole mortar mixing it with siliceous quartz aggregates make it especially useful as a universal epoxy primer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colorless.<\/li>\n<li>Two-component.<\/li>\n<li>High adhesion power.<\/li>\n<li>Resistant to chemicals.<\/li>\n<li>Easy application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>FIELDS OF APPLICATION:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Colourless coating on concrete, epoxy mortars, cementitious supports.<\/li>\n<li>Very good wetting on self-leveling cementitious levelling layers.<\/li>\n<li>Primer for low to normal absorption surfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HOW TO USE:<\/h3>\n<p>Surface preparation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The surface to be treated is resistant, firm and porous.<\/li>\n<li>The surface to be treated is dry, clean of grease and dust.<\/li>\n<li>The humidity should not exceed 4%.<\/li>\n<li>If the surface is polished, a surface treatment must be done by shot blasting, milling or roughing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparation of the mixture: The product is presented in 2 components.<\/h4>\n<p>The mixture must be done in the proportions served. Shake well until you get a uniform mixture, Apply with a short hair roller. Consumption is 0.300-0.350 kg\/m2. Once applied, it should be protected against moisture, condensation and water for at least the first 24 hours. The aggregates to be used will be completely dry.
