In the composition of the cross-linked product, all the substances involved are authorized for contact with food by current legislation, and with the requirements of FDA Regulation No. 21 CFR-1772600 provided that a 1-hour bake is carried out at 220\u00baC for the total extraction of the solvent. Formulation specially studied for obtaining thin-film coatings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High covering power.<\/li>\n<li>Ease of application.<\/li>\n<li>High drying speed.<\/li>\n<li>Good mechanical resistance.<\/li>\n<li>Water and moisture resistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cross-linked product works as a non-stick on the treated moulds at a working temperature of -55\u00baC to +260\u00baC, and spot temperatures of +360\u00baC. Reduction of cleaning costs: the treated moulds are cleaned with a cloth.<\/p>\n<p>Reduced costs of other sacrificial release agents: no need to add oils or grease. The treated molds resist about 2000 batches of white bread, croissants, etc. and about 1500 batches of rye bread.<\/p>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Stainless steel plating lining.<\/li>\n<li>Perforated aluminium sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of metal molds, for pastry shops, delicatessen.<\/li>\n<li>Coating of conveyor belts for food products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to use<\/h3>\n<p>Apply the coating to the clean, degreased and dry tray, by spray gun. It is advisable to give two hands crossed letting dry for 1 hour between coats.
