Pour cela, on utilise des <strong>d\u00e9tergents<\/strong> qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s purs ou dilu\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;eau selon la nature du d\u00e9tergent, la salet\u00e9 \u00e0 nettoyer et la surface.<\/p>\n<h2>Et les d\u00e9tergents, qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est ?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les d\u00e9tergents<\/strong> sont un m\u00e9lange de plusieurs types de substances. Les substances les plus importantes qui composent un d\u00e9tergent sont les tensioactifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dans le sch\u00e9ma, nous pouvons observer la structure d&rsquo;un tensioactif :<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1288 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TENSOACTIVO-LIMPIEZA-.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TENSOACTIVO-LIMPIEZA-.png 480w, https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TENSOACTIVO-LIMPIEZA--300x163.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Le tensioactif se divise en :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Une zone hydrophile polaire avec charge \u00e9lectrique qui est soluble dans l&rsquo;eau et provoque la dispersion ou la solubilisation.<\/li>\n<li>Une autre zone lipophile apolaire sans charge \u00e9lectrique qui ne se dissout pas dans l&rsquo;eau et qui s&rsquo;unit aux particules de graisse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>De cette mani\u00e8re, on r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 dissoudre la graisse dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1289 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/tensoactivos-nq.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"542\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/tensoactivos-nq.png 542w, https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/tensoactivos-nq-300x89.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 542px) 100vw, 542px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>En fonction de la nature \u00e9lectrique de la zone hydrophile, les tensioactifs se divisent en :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Anioniques<\/strong> : pr\u00e9sentent des charges n\u00e9gatives en solution aqueuse et sont les plus utilis\u00e9s au niveau domestique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cationiques<\/strong> : en solutions aqueuses, ils pr\u00e9sentent des charges positives. Ils poss\u00e8dent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u00e9sinfectantes (bien qu&rsquo;ils ne nettoient pas aussi efficacement que les anioniques).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-ioniques<\/strong> : en solution aqueuse, ils ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de charge. Ils sont employ\u00e9s pour les lave-vaisselle, ils ne forment pas beaucoup de mousse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amphot\u00e8res<\/strong> : Selon le pH de la solution, ils peuvent agir comme des anioniques ou des cationiques. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans la formulation de shampooings et de produits destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation sur la peau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PROPRI\u00c9T\u00c9S DES TENSIOACTIFS<\/h2>\n<p>La principale propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des tensioactifs est leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 diminuer la tension superficielle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tension superficielle<\/strong> : Le concept de <strong>tension superficielle<\/strong> fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la <strong>quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong> qui est requise pour augmenter la <strong>surface<\/strong> d&rsquo;un <strong>liquide<\/strong> par unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;aire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La tension superficielle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un liquide \u00e0 mouiller une surface. Plus la tension superficielle d&rsquo;un liquide est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, moins sa surface s&rsquo;\u00e9tend et par cons\u00e9quent son \u00ab pouvoir de mouiller la surface \u00bb est moins important. Les tensioactifs diminuent la tension superficielle des liquides, ce qui fait que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab mouiller les surfaces \u00bb sera plus grande et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du nettoyage sera sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1287 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/tension-superficial.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/tension-superficial.jpg 400w, https:\/\/esquineo.web46.com.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/tension-superficial-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>En tenant compte de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 modifier la tension superficielle, les tensioactifs ont diverses applications :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tensioactifs mouillants<\/strong> : La diminution de la tension \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface solide-liquide fait que le liquide s&rsquo;\u00e9tend le long de la surface du solide et la mouille. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;il p\u00e9n\u00e8tre \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du solide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tensioactifs dispersants et \u00e9mulsifiants<\/strong> : la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des dispersants est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 stabiliser de petites particules solides \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un liquide. Les produits \u00e9mulsifiants sont capables de stabiliser les dispersions entre deux liquides non miscibles entre eux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tensioactifs moussants :<\/strong> Ce sont ceux qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent de la mousse. La mousse se g\u00e9n\u00e8re quand l&rsquo;air p\u00e9n\u00e8tre \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du liquide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tensioactifs d\u00e9tergents :<\/strong> la d\u00e9tergence est la capacit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;a une substance \u00e0 \u00e9liminer la salet\u00e9, comme par exemple la graisse, en l&rsquo;\u00e9liminant de la surface \u00e0 laquelle elle est adh\u00e9r\u00e9e et en l&rsquo;\u00e9mulsionnant dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ceci est possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la composition chimique de la cha\u00eene hydrophobe du tensioactif qui a des caract\u00e9ristiques similaires \u00e0 la composition de la graisse qu&rsquo;on souhaite \u00e9liminer. Par des moyens m\u00e9caniques (agitation, frottement, vibration\u2026), nous cassons la couche de graisse, de fa\u00e7on qu&rsquo;elle se transforme en gouttelettes microscopiques qui sont stabilis\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des mol\u00e9cules de tensioactif.<\/p>\n<h3>D&rsquo;autres composants que peuvent contenir les d\u00e9tergents sont :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9questrants :<\/strong> qui se caract\u00e9risent par la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 que poss\u00e8dent diverses substances chimiques de s&rsquo;associer avec les ions m\u00e9talliques lourds pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;eau (calcium et magn\u00e9sium), en emp\u00eachant leur pr\u00e9cipitation.
