This anniversary might be the hardest one to celebrate for the company, but there’s a lot to celebrate—above all, because we’re doing well!
COVID-19 has brought us difficult moments, requiring enormous personal and professional effort.
These have been weeks of great stress, experiencing for the first time the frustration of being unable to handle the high volume of orders our customers were demanding, due to shortages and lack of raw material supplies from our suppliers.
At NEOQUIM, one of our commitments is managing our customers’ peace of mind, with the firm task of meeting 24-48 hour delivery deadlines.
We had to adapt, and shift from managing peace of mind to managing uncertainty due to the lack of certainty in raw material deliveries.
We had everything prepared, with new safety measures in place, we reorganized new chain production schedules to increase production capacity, orders multiplied and the first complaints began to arrive…
Both our sales representatives and customers understood that delays were now unavoidable.
We chose to supply everyone, and in each manufacturing batch we delivered partial orders so that all customers would receive part of their orders, and they were enormously grateful for that!
And it’s on that level that we want to position ourselves, giving THANKS to all the people who make up NEOQUIM, from customers to suppliers, from production teams to management teams, and especially to our entire sales team that represents us, champions of daily dialogue and dedication.

We are a small business, but we have a fighting spirit, and in that fight to secure raw materials, containers and supplies we have relentlessly managed to manufacture the product our customers needed so much.
The chemical industry is very versatile and now it was our responsibility to serve society by providing new solutions, both for hygiene and cleaning for different sectors.
Research and development is a laborious process that takes time, but current circumstances demanded urgency, and we have worked tirelessly incorporating new product lines that customers needed.
